Leanne Downs, Director
Leanne partners with faculty, staff, and university leaders to deliver strategic initiatives and complex cross-functional projects. Drawing on expertise in project management, organizational change management, process improvement, and organizational leadership, she helps teams build alignment, navigate complexity, and achieve successful outcomes. When not at work, Leanne enjoys spending time with family, leisure cycling, and walking her dog, Kita.
Dan Newcomer, Project Manager
Dan is a 30 year Air Force veteran and certified Project Management Professional who loves solving complex problems. He uses his extensive operational, leadership, analytical and adult educational experiences to drive process improvement and help teams excel. By partnering with faculty, staff and university leaders, he successfully delivers strategic outcomes. When not at work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren, flying, scuba diving, playing softball and all things Star Wars.
