Adam Smith Lecture Series – Sandra J. Peart, Ph.D.

The Adam Smith Lecture Series presents: Sandra J. Peart from the University of Richmond. Peart is dean and the E. Claiborne Robins Distinguished Professor at the Jepson School of Leadership Studies. Peart has written or edited 11 books. Her most recent book is “The Essential John Stuart Mill.” Peart has authored more than 100 articles in the areas of constitutional political economy, leadership in experimental settings, ethics and economics, and the transition to modern economic thought. Peart presentation is titled “Analytical Egalitarianism and Race: From Adam Smith to John Stuart Mill” and will be in the Special Event Center in the Student Union Building at Boise State University at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday March 14, 2023.
