Abstract
Adolescent workplace violence is a common occurrence within the place of employment that adolescents hold. One of the potential perpetrators of workplace violence against adolescents is their supervisor. Supervisors may disproportionately inflict workplace violence on adolescents who identify as a racial/ethnic minority. This study aims to find the differences between various racial/ethnic groups to assess the supervisors behavior.
