Join BroncoFit for Nap Class and power through that mid-day slump! Sit back, relax, and learn about the importance of positive sleep habits and how it impacts your mental health. Sleep kits will be available with a sleep mask and ear plugs, as well as time for a 25-minute nap to rejuvenate for the rest of your day. Yoga mats and blankets will be available for use, and you are encouraged and welcome to bring your own pillow. There is limited space and an RSVP is required, so don’t wait to sign up! If you have missed registration for Session 1, consider signing up for Session 2.
