Women In Leadership Panel

Join us on Tuesday, February 21 at 6 p.m. to hear from a variety of women panelists from different career paths and walks of life. Navigating through the world of business can already be difficult, so why wait to figure out how to get through it? This is an opportunity to be inspired and pick the brains of some amazing women. Please join us and be sure to bring questions!

Trina Ponce

• Diversity and Inclusion Director at Boise Cascade Company
• MBA from the University of Montana
• Worked at the Hewlett Packard Company for more than 13 years. She excelled in leadership roles and received a variety of promotions throughout the years.
• She left Hewlett in 2015 and began working for HP. She was DEI program manager for five years before moving to Boise Cascade.

• CEO at Simply Eloped
• Graduated from Boise State University in 2009 with a  Bachelor of Arts in Theatre.
• In 2016 Janessa and her husband Matt were inspired by all the time and money they saw their friends spending on weddings and wanted to work to build a solution. Together they founded Simply Eloped, a company built upon making getting married easy, fun and affordable!
