Jordan Ballroom

The Jordan Ballroom, named for Grace Jordan, is the largest ballroom on campus and a beautiful setting for your next large banquet or lecture. The ballroom can be divided into four separate breakout spaces for maximum flexibility. The ballroom features two projectors and screens, plus other audiovisual enhancements.

Simplot Ballroom

The Simplot Ballroom, named after JR Simplot, features natural light and views of Bronco Stadium. This elegant and spacious room can host a large banquet or lecture, or can be divided into smaller breakout rooms. This ballroom also features two new permanent projectors and screens, along with other recent audiovisual enhancements.

Hatch Ballroom

The Hatch Ballroom, named for Ada Hatch, is the Student Union’s smallest ballroom. This ballroom is the perfect size for your medium sized banquet or lecture and can be divided into four breakout rooms. This space is a popular choice for dances and student organization events due to its parquet flooring and audiovisual amenities.

Special Events Center

In the Special Events Center (SpEC), all the world’s a stage for dance, drama, opera, conferences, lectures and films. This 435-seat proscenium theater is an exceptional venue for local, regional, national, and international speakers and performers. Added amenities include dressing rooms, green room, lobby and box office, plus loading dock and Clearcomm wireless system.

Large Meeting Rooms

The Student Union has five large meeting rooms that can hold between 45 and 175 guests depending on the way in which the room is set. The rooms have numerous audiovisual enhancements including projection and house sound systems.

Small Meeting Rooms

The Student Union has seven small meeting rooms that can hold between 10 and 35 guests depending on the way in which the room is set. Equipment is flexible and can be moved into a variety of setups. The rooms have numerous audiovisual enhancements including projection and house sound systems.
