- January 26, 2026 – First financial aid Pell Recalculation Date – Pell Grant eligibility for financial aid is determined by the number of credits students are registered for on this date. All credits for classes that start on January 13, 2026, including internship credits, must be in place by this deadline. Only “financial aid eligible” credits count towards enrollment level, scholarship eligibility, and pell grant and loan eligibility.
- January 26, 2026 – Deadline to submit a Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) appeal for Spring 2026 financial aid eligibility.
- April 1, 2026 – Deadline to submit documents (verification tax transcripts, etc.) needed to complete your 2025-2026 financial aid application. Documents submitted after this date may be ineligible for student loans, but will still be evaluated for Pell Grant eligibility.
- April 3, 2026 – Second financial aid Pell Recalculation Date – Pell Grant eligibility for students enrolled in sessions starting after January 26, 2026 is determined by the number of credits they are registered for on this date. Only “financial aid eligible” credits count towards enrollment level, scholarship eligibility, and pell grant and loan eligibility.
- April 24, 2026 – Deadline to complete a master promissory note (MPN) for spring loans to be released in May. After, spring aid cannot be released until grades are checked and eligibility for spring aid is re-evaluated.
- May 6, 2026 – Last day to request an additional Direct Loan for spring semester.
- May 8, 2026 – Last day work-study student employees who are graduating or are not enrolled in summer or next fall may work and earn their award for 2025-2026.
- May 8, 2026 – Last date for disbursement of spring aid until semester grades are final.
- May 8, 2026 – Last day of Spring 2026 finals.
