Instructions for Accessing the SFA Portal as a Guest
- When a student sets up guest access through the SFA Portal, the guest will receive an email with a one-time activation link.
- To activate your SFA Portal guest account, account follow the activation link sent via email and enter a new password.
- When you sign into your guest account for the first time, you will be prompted to enable secure verification.
- Select Mobile App to set up mobile authentication and download the Oracle Mobile Authenticator App.
- Once the Oracle Authenticator App is downloaded, open the app and click Add Account, then scan the QR code displayed on the login screen.
- Once secure verification is successfully set up, you will be able to log into the SFA Student Portal with your guest account information.
- After signing in, you may be asked to verify the sign-in attempt using your secure verification method.
- In the Oracle Authenticator App, tap the bell icon, then click Allow.
- The first time you log into the SFA Portal as a guest, you will be asked to Accept Electronic Consent. Select Accept & Continue.
- You should now be able to access the SFA Guest Portal!
