Promotion Resources

Engage

You know Engage as your “virtual office” for your organization; it’s also a great tool for marketing your events and activities. Create an event in your portal and make it public to share it with the community, putting it in front of the eyes of all users on Engage. Visit the Engage Help Center to learn more about creating events for your organization.

Apparel Items

Many student organizations find apparel items such as t-shirts, jackets, hats, etc. with the group’s name and logo are a great way to promote the student organization. This requires intentional communication and coordination with the Student Involvement and Leadership Center. Read the guidelines for Buying Apparel Items and contact the Student Involvement and Leadership Center at getinvolved@boisestate.edu or (208) 426-1223 to get started.

Buttons

A button maker can be checked out from the Student Involvement and Leadership Center. Submit an Equipment Request Form to reserve a time to use the button maker. A Purchase Request Form must also be submitted at least seven (7) business days prior to the requested use date to cover the cost of making buttons.

Poster Island

The Student Involvement and Leadership Center offers free sign-making supplies to recognized student organizations with Active status. This “poster island” can be found in the Student Involvement and Leadership Center on the second floor of the Student Union Building.
