True Blue Scholarships

The President’s True Blue Endowed Scholarship and the True Blue Promise Scholarship have helped Idaho residents attend college since 2016. These funds are awarded to residents for four years, based primarily on financial need and merit. Through True Blue, we can impact more Idaho students, bolster Idaho’s “go-on” rates and increase the number of graduates contributing to Idaho’s economy.

As a public university, our mission is to serve our people and our state. These scholarships help ensure that, for generations to come, Idaho’s greatest potential does not go unrealized.

“If I could say something to the donor of this scholarship to express my gratitude, I do not think that I could ever say enough to express my sincere thanks. I do not think that it is possible to thank the generous person(s) enough that made this scholarship possible. This scholarship is allowing me to further pursue and reach my long-term goal of becoming a registered nurse by lifting some of the financial burden associated with schooling. This is allowing me to focus more on the important aspect of school, learning. I hope one day I will be able to help students achieve their goals just as you are helping me to achieve mine. I am generally so grateful to be considered for this scholarship and sincerely so thankful.”
