- I willingly apply for this professional development opportunity.
- If selected, I understand I will travel to Taiwan for four (4) weeks (June 2023) to carry on the project I have attached to this application.
- I understand this Program is focused on academic and professional development. It does not allow for accompanying family members or friends.
- I understand this program is competitive. By confirming my participation, I will take the vacancy that would otherwise be filled by another applicant.
- I understand that Boise State will incur unrecoverable expenses (i.e. airfare, insurance, tuition, etc.) to allow my participation in the Program. Should I change my mind or back out of the Program, I will be liable for all the expenses incurred on my behalf.
- I confirm I will be available for the entire duration of the program and will participate in all of the planned activities for this Program, including classes, excursions, experiential learning and personal inquiry related to my project.
- If selected, I authorize Boise State to share my application materials, including my medical form, with Providence University, the Taiwanese host for this Program
