Well-being in Workplace Workshop: During the Job

You’ve landed the job—now, how do you thrive in it? This workshop shifts the focus from the “sprint” of the job search to the “marathon” of professional life. Grounded in the U.S. Surgeon General’s Framework for Workplace Well-Being, students will learn how to actively cultivate their own physical, mental, and emotional health on the job.

Your CV/Resume is your first impression… Is it making a lasting impact? Join GradWell and Career Services virtually for a workshop to transform your CV/Resume into a powerful tool that captures attention and lands you interviews. Learn how to showcase your achievements, quantify your impact, and create a document that truly reflects your value.
You can bring classmates or come on your own to meet other graduate students while enjoying a friendly game of trivia. It is a great chance to connect with fellow grads and test your knowledge in a relaxed setting. Please note that GradWell will not be providing alcoholic beverages. Professional massage therapists will be on site to help you unwind and recharge. Perfect for relieving tension from long hours at the computer, carrying heavy books, or just the everyday stress of graduate school. You deserve this break!
Payette Social

Where: Payette Brewing Co.
This will be an opportunity for you to connect and meet with other graduate students from different programs. Bring your furry friends or plus-ones to our people-friendly gathering! Free food and games will be provided. GradWell will not be providing alcoholic beverages. If of the legal age, students are welcome to purchase themselves. **Pizza will be first come first serve. Also, please note that this is a public space so seating may be limited**
