Boise State has one of the best libraries around and did you know that as a graduate student you have a dedicated librarian to help you with research and all of your resource needs? Come join us for a guided tour of all the Albertson’s Library has to offer and how they can help you with your studying needs.

11 a.m.—noon: What is Graduate Writing?

You’ve decided to take the plunge and commit to graduate school and now you are wondering how writing will be different as a graduate student. The GSSC is here to provide a guide for you to hit the ground running as a writer and help you make the transition into graduate school, whether you’ve just completed your Bachelor’s or you are coming back to school from the workforce. We are here to help you gain confidence in your writing skills and support you in whatever you need.

Noon—1 p.m.: Keeping it All Together

Graduate school can be challenging! You may ask yourself how do I stay organized and on top of my coursework? The GSSC is here to help you with some organizational tips and tricks (presented by graduate students who’ve faced the same challenges). Don’t forget to come with questions!
