While many programs expect or require thesis projects as their culminating work for graduation, many programs offer alternative projects.
Please join GSSC writing coach Aly Sebright on Monday, March 27 from 11 – Noon in Riverfront Hall Room 302 for a workshop going over alternative projects, from drafting and selecting pieces for portfolios to crafting creative projects and artists’ statements.
During this workshop, students will be able to learn:
- What culminating projects are available to them in their respective programs
- What the requirements and standards are for these projects
- Details on writing portfolio introductions, artist statements, and project proposals and descriptions.
