Interprofessional Education Committee (IPEC)
The IPE Committee (IPEC) will serve to guide strategic initiatives related to the development and implementation of IPE throughout the College of Health Sciences. The committee will also serve as faculty champions, representing all disciplines, demonstrating a thorough understanding of IPE Core Competencies and modeling best practices in IPE. The committee will participate in the construction of IPE events (e.g. IPE Clinical Seminar) and learning activities for the college and beyond. In addition, the group will serve as a curriculum committee for the creation and approval of academic programming in IPE. Finally, the committee will strive to create academic partnerships within the university and the community that supports Interprofessional Education and Collaborative Practice.
