In addition to these resources, Boise State University’s Center for Research and Creative Activity Office of Sponsored Programs provides an email listserve with weekly information on internal, regional, and Idaho-specific funding opportunities; upcoming research and creative activity related events, workshops, and resources; and special initiatives. Funding Opportunities
Sponsored Programs Information Network (SPIN) is an extensive database of funding opportunities that allows you to search for research funding in your field using keywords that identify your areas of interest and expertise. SPIN contains over 40,000 opportunities. The platform allows you to save and retrieve searches, set up email alerts, and bookmark specific opportunities. Boise State University has subscribed to the SPIN database and provides access to all InfoEd users.
Accessing SPIN
Step 1: Log in to InfoEd: Use this link to sign into InfoEd using your Bronco login credentials. Note: if you are not on campus, you must sign in to the VPN or it won’t log you in.
Step 2: Access SPIN database: Click on the SPIN tab on the left side of InfoEd’s home screen.
