Be well, to do well

GradWell—Be well, to do well, seeks to improve graduate student wellbeing and foster academic success at the Graduate College at Boise State University by providing mental wellness education, facilitating access to mental health resources, and fostering students’ community connections.

Graduate students are significantly more likely than the general population to report symptoms of depression and related anxiety. The overall wellness of graduate students is uniquely influenced by several aspects of their academic and work experience. In addition to their perceived relationship with their advisor and work-life balance, their wellness is influenced by financial concerns, academic progression, sleep, physical health, and developing and maintaining social connectedness.
