What are your plans for Fall/Winter Break?
Students living in the residence halls who go home for the break are encouraged (but not required) to stay at home to finish the remaining three weeks of courses. However, we understand that you may want to come back to campus, with that in mind we ask that you complete the 2020 Fall Break Form to help us have a better idea of what your housing plans are for the breaks to helps us provide the best service.
How Do I Submit A Work Order
The best way to complete a work order to fix any maintenance problems your suite may have would be to reach out to your front desk during business hours or call the On-Call number that your desk has provided. If it is an emergency, please call the Fire Department or Public Safety before reaching out to On Call or the front desk.
If a student becomes ill, believes they may have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19 or is showing COVID symptoms, they should quarantine in place and reach out to the Public Health Officer at email@example.com or 208-426-2968 for further guidance. Our biggest priority is to keep students safe and completing these steps is integral to that process.
How Do I Submit A Release Request?
In order to begin, please log in to your Housing Portal with your BoiseState Login credentials. From there, under the “Housing Applications” Tab, you will see the option Request to Terminate License Agreement. Please complete that application and list the reason you wish to cancel when prompted to do so. Additionally, if you have any supporting documentation for your reasoning, we recommend adding it to the application.
Once your application is complete, it will be sent to our Housing Release Request Committee for review. Please note that it may take up to 30 days to receive a response. In that time, you are welcome to move out of your room if you wish, but please note that you will still be liable for all housing payments until you receive a response.
