Yale Court
The University Yale Court property is located central campus and provides a comfortable home away from home for residents. Here, graduate students enjoy a quiet, spacious environment to work on their studies, while making connections with their housemates and neighbors.
Yale Court is a duplex that consists of two units: 4 single occupancy bedrooms in the lower unit, and 4 single occupancy bedrooms in the upper unit. Each private room comes with an attached bathroom. The kitchen, living area, and laundry room are shared common spaces. Unit assignments are separated by gender- males live with males, and females live with females. Shared rooms are not available and dependents are not permitted.
Yale Court is considered part of the “Apartments” community along with the Heights and Village properties, and is managed by the University Apartments Office.

Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a Graduate student
- Enrolled in a minimum of 9 credits
- In good standing with the University
Rent Rate
Rent rates are billed monthly for one academic year, from August/start of Fall semester through May/end of Spring semester. The license agreement is NOT renewable. Residents are required to vacate the unit during the month of May.
Security deposit is $250 per person/room.
