Through our Thrive Tracks framework, we provide purposeful learning experiences that strengthen individual capabilities, enhance organizational effectiveness, and advance the university’s mission. Our four training tracks are designed to cultivate leadership, provide solutions, encourage personal growth, build technical excellence, and equip our campus to navigate the unique complexities of higher education successfully.

Our Four Thrive Tracks:
1. Supervision and Leadership
- Develops authentic, well-rounded leaders who inspire and coach others, drive meaningful change, hold teams accountable, and skillfully navigate challenges such as delegation, conflict, and change management.
- Builds leaders who foster fairness and collaboration across units.
2. Professional and Personal Development
- Personal and professional enrichment, such as stress management, mindfulness, change, and feedback.
- Durable Skills Training (communication, critical thinking, coaching, mentoring, collaboration and adaptability)
- Empowers individuals to invest in their personal and professional growth through resilience, mindset development, and continuous learning.
- Aligns with employee well-being and career growth goals.
3. Technical or Job Specific Training
- Core practical and technical training on common cross-campus functions like Google Workplace, Page Up Hiring, Contracts training, etc.
- Builds a mastery of tools, systems, and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and innovation in daily work.
- Supports collaboration and consistency across campus units.
4. Compliance, Policy and Guidance
- Equips staff and faculty to understand and thrive within the policies, compliance, and governance of a university while maintaining integrity and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Reinforces a sense of belonging and respect for shared values and for higher education governance.
- This includes ONE Orientation, which equips new employees to understand and follow key compliance and policy standards
