Professional and Classified employee performance evaluations are due March 1, 2021. While assessing an individual’s performance over the past year, consideration should be given to the unprecedented situation stemming from the coronavirus pandemic. For this year’s performance evaluation, supervisors are not required to rate each category. Evaluations can be completed with the following:
- Employee identifying information
- Selecting “Annual Review” or “Special Evaluation” for Classified employees still in probationary periods
- An overall score
- Supervisor comments (which can be kept to a minimum)
