Professional and Classified employee performance evaluations are due to Human Resources by Monday, March 1, 2021.
For this year’s performance evaluation, supervisors are not required to rate each category. Evaluations can be completed with the following:
- Employee identifying information
- Selecting “Annual Review” or “Special Evaluation” for Classified employees still in probationary periods
- An overall score
- Supervisor comments (which can be kept to a minimum)
- They can be submitted by typing in /s/Name
To submit evaluations:
