    Jerri offers individual coaching for personal and professional success.  Prior to formally joining the field of coaching in 2003, Jerri served as an internal and external organizational development and learning development consultant for over 30 years. 

    Jerri specializes in coaching (life, executive, career, and retirement), mentoring, communication, strategic planning, organizational development, change management, succession planning, facilitation, mediation, and leadership development.
