Employee Social Networks

Do you enjoy backpacking? Have some baking tips you would like to share? Thrive when you are serving your community? It is more difficult to connect with colleagues while so many of us are working remotely, so we offer up this space for employees to connect around common hobbies and interests.

Who knows, we might even break down the silo effect by connecting, cultivating relationships and building rapport outside our department.

To foster an engaging campus culture of connection, support and belonging.

What are Employee Social Networks?

Autonomous groups centered around common interests, hobbies, mutual backgrounds, and/or a shared purpose outside of the everyday work environment.
