The rates are noticeably higher this year as there is a large soccer tournament during the week of the conference in the downtown core.  If you have access to a vehicle, lower-rate hotels may be available in other parts of Boise or Meridian (approximately a 15-minute drive). You can also consider attending remotely!   

Transportation

The Boise State shuttles will be operating before and after the conference from the conference location to a short walk from all three hotels (utilizing the Boise State ORANGE Route).  You will be able to use the Shuttle Tracker to see when shuttles will arrive.

Meals

Lunch, coffee, and snacks will be provided during the entire conference.

Parking

Parking will be provided in the Parking Garage near the Student Union Building
