We are excited to welcome all guests to Boise State University for the Investiture Ceremony of Dr. Marlene Tromp. Below you will find general information regarding the ceremony, campus activities, hotels and more that we thought our guests would find useful for their visit to Boise State.

Getting to Boise State and the Morrison Center

The main address for campus is 1910 W. University Drive, Boise, Idaho, 83725. Find a campus map here. This can help you find everything from food to parking structures at Boise State. Attending the Ceremony

The Investiture Ceremony is a non-ticketed event. Doors will open at 1:00 p.m. We highly encourage all guests to come early. Seating is limited.

Investiture Reception

Join us immediately following the ceremony for a celebratory reception in the Morrison Center lobby and courtyard.


Complimentary parking available in the surface lot at the Morrison Center.

ADA accessible parking is available at the Morrison Center and parking attendants will direct you to designated spaces upon arrival.

Security and Prohibited Items

Please note that no food or beverages are allowed in the Morrison Center auditorium. Items not purchased at the center are prohibited. Personal water and/or beverage bottles are not allowed in the venue.

In order to maintain a safe and secure environment, pursuant to University Policy, Section XII, the Morrison Center reserves the right to search all bags. Clutches or purses no larger than 14×14 are permitted. Large purses, tote bags, backpacks and fanny packs are strongly discouraged and prohibited for most shows. The Morrison Center facility has been designated as a guns-free environment.
