Fees and Refunds

Full day sessions run Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm and include a 40-minute lunch break from 12:10 – 12:50pm. There is a drop off window from 8:00am – 8:30am and a pick up window from 4:30pm – 5:00pm.

Half day sessions run Monday – Friday. The morning (AM) session runs from 8:30am – 12:10pm with a drop off window from 8:00am – 8:30am and a pick up window from 12:10pm – 12:30pm. The afternoon (PM) session runs from 12:50pm to 4:30pm with a drop off window from 12:30 – 12:50pm and a pick up window from 4:30pm – 5:00pm.

NO refunds will be allowed within 14 days of the start of the program session in which you are registered. Prior to the start of the program, we pay for facility reservations, staffing, supplies, and equipment, therefore our cancellation and refund policy has been created with those expenses in mind.

Full Refund – if a group is cancelled

• We will cancel a group if there are fewer than 5 participants in the group.
• If we cancel a group, someone from the Summer Youth Sports Program will contact you. We will try to find a replacement group for your child. If we cannot find a satisfactory replacement, we will issue you a full refund.

• Session 1 – if you cancel on or before May 11
• Session 2 – if you cancel on or before May 24
• Session 3 – if you cancel on or before June 15
• Session 4 – if you cancel on or before June 29

50% Refund – if you cancel a minimum of two weeks before the session begins

• Session 2 – if you cancel between May 25 and May 31
• Session 3 – if you cancel between June 16 and June 22
• Session 4 – if you cancel between June 29 and July 5

No Refund – if you cancel within two weeks before the session begins

• Session 1 – if you cancel after May 18
• Session 2 – if you cancel after May 31
• Session 3 – if you cancel after June 22
• Session 4 – if you cancel after July 5

If you are late to pick up the participant, our instructors must wait with the participant until you arrive. Our staff is responsible for staying on-site until all participants are picked up. Please note that there is a 20 to 30-minute pick-up time built into the schedule to accommodate picking up all participants. Please make sure to pay attention to the end time of the participant’s schedule. While we understand that “life happens”, we greatly appreciate your cooperation in picking your participant(s) on time at the end of the day. After more than one late pick-up, the participant will not be allowed to return for the remainder of that session (no refund will be given). This will not prevent the participant from participating in future sessions.
