The Library's 3rd and 4th floors are inaccessible due to renovations during spring semester. Open study spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis on the 1st and 2nd floors. Our online content is available 24/7. Don't hesitate to reach out to the Library with any questions.
Albertsons Library is excited to announce that our scavenger hunt is back this year, and you can win Boise State University merchandise. Drop by the library on August 29 between noon and 4 p.m. to dive into the adventure and score some prizes. Complete five of the eight activities to enter a drawing for a gift bag from the Bronco Shop, packed with Boise State gear.
Completion cards will be available at any activity, so you can complete them in any order. Stayed tuned for the winner announcement on our Instagram and check your email or text for notifications.

Tie-dye on the quad
Come join Albertsons Library on the quad to tie-dye tote bags, bookmarks, or t-shirts. Tie-dye volunteers will be able to mark off your card at the table.
Talk to Boise Public Library
Talk to representatives from Boise Public Library on the first floor of Albertsons Library about their yearly Boise Comics Arts festival. Once you’ve talked to representatives from Boise Public Library, they’ll be able to mark your off your card at the table.
Chat with your subject librarian
On the first floor of the Albertsons Library, find one of our Instruction Research Librarians. Let them know your intended major or your favorite subject. They’ll let you know who your dedicated library liaison for that area is. Next, start a chat from Albertsons Library’s homepage, and ask about databases for your subject. Once you’ve been armed with research knowledge, a librarian will mark off your card at the table.
Touch the first blue turf
Touch a piece of the original blue football turf in Special Collections and Archives on the second floor of Albertsons Library. Plus, see photos of Boise State students throughout the decades. Once you’ve gotten a taste of Boise State University history, your card will be marked off.
Take a photo with bronco wings
Find and take a photo with the bronco wings on the third floor of the Albertsons Library. Show the photo to the Albertsons Library scavenger hunt check-in table for us to mark off your card.
Complete a Libby search
Complete this task by visiting Albertsons Library’s A-Z Database. Use the search box to find Libby and access the database. Select Sign In With my Card to use your Boise State credentials to log in. Open the filter on the top left of your screen and scroll to Format. Select Audiobooks and show titles. What is the title of the audiobook by author Priya Parker? Once you have your answer, visit the Albertsons Library scavenger hunt table and we’ll mark off your card.
