Join the Conversation: Japanese American Heroes in WWII

Please join Albertsons Library for a community read of Facing the Mountain: A True Story of Japanese American Heroes in World War II.

The community is invited to read the book on their own before the group discussion on Wednesday, Feb. 7 at 6 p.m. in the Library.

The conversation will be led by members of the Boise State University history department and Friends of Minidoka, a nonprofit organization that engages in and supports education, research and historic preservation of the WWII incarceration experience.

The event is free and open to the public. Paid parking is available in the Lincoln Avenue Garage and Brady Street Garage.
