The primary focus of this work is the replacement of the Library&#8217;s electrical switchgears. These systems are nearing or have exceeded their functional lifespan. Replacing them is essential for ensuring a secure environment for the teams who maintain and operate this equipment, and strengthening the reliability of all electrical systems throughout the facility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the nature of this work, Albertsons Library will be unavailable during two upcoming periods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>May 11 through June 8<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>June 29 through July 31<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This work is part of the university\u2019s Capital Renewal Program. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boisestate.edu\/operations\/capital-renewal-program\/\">Learn more about the Capital Renewal Program<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-services-during-the-closure\">Services During the Closure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boisestate.edu\/library\/using-the-library\/interlibrary-loan\/\">Interlibrary Loan services<\/a> will be temporarily located on the first floor of the <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.boisestate.edu\/?id=715&amp;gad_source=1&amp;gad_campaignid=23517199852&amp;gbraid=0AAAAApFMDIXjFXTsZc0zSox1Qs1l0hj0m&amp;gclid=CjwKCAjw-8vPBhBbEiwAoA39Wi2pLk617dxq5YJgW5Io8zkbwH9_myL4MFWiP_e-uPK737afZwd_ZBoC1RAQAvD_BwE#!m\/89067?share\" id=\"https:\/\/maps.boisestate.edu\/?id=715&amp;gad_source=1&amp;gad_campaignid=23517199852&amp;gbraid=0AAAAApFMDIXjFXTsZc0zSox1Qs1l0hj0m&amp;gclid=CjwKCAjw-8vPBhBbEiwAoA39Wi2pLk617dxq5YJgW5Io8zkbwH9_myL4MFWiP_e-uPK737afZwd_ZBoC1RAQAvD_BwE#!m\/89067?share\">Simplot-Micron Academic Success Hub (SMASH)<\/a>, past the lobby. Physical item pick-up and drop-off shelving will be moved to this area. The drive-up book drop for Albertsons Library is situated in front of the Hemingway Center, accessible from the <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.boisestate.edu\/?id=715#!m\/129247?share\" id=\"https:\/\/maps.boisestate.edu\/?id=715#!m\/129247?share\">Central Reserve<\/a> parking lot. ILL staff will check the drop box daily. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While subject librarians will not hold Bronco Learning Common hours this summer, our essential virtual resources and support remain accessible.
