The Right Reverend Doctor John L. Selders, Jr. is an ordained minister serving in the United Church of Christ, the Organizing Pastor of Amistad United Church of Christ, Hartford, CT, Assistant Dean of Students, member of the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life, (former) Associate College Chaplain Trinity College, Hartford, CT and one of the leaders of Moral Monday CT.  For 15 years, he served Executive Director of Zezzo House (an 18 unit housing project) in Hartford, CT.

Honorable Idaho State Senator Cherie Buckner-Webb

In 2010 Cherie Buckner-Webb was elected to a single term in the Idaho House of Representatives representing the north Boise-based District 19.[2] In 2012 Buckner-Webb won the district’s Idaho Senate seat. She is Idaho’s first elected African-American state legislator, and its first African-American woman legislator.

Buckner-Webb is a nationally recognized business professional; board member of numerous community organizations; received the 2010 Community Hero award from Boise State University; Excellence in the Arts award; Idaho Governor’s Award in the Arts; the Jefferson Award for public service; 2012 NAACP Heritage Hall of Fame award; American Mothers Inc., 2012 Idaho Mother of Distinction and 2013 Idaho Mother of the Year; Gandhi, King, Ikeda Award – A Legacy of Building Peace; Hewlett Packard Award for Distinguished Leadership in Human Rights; United Nations Human Rights Award.
