Open enrollment continues through May 12 and the Boise State benefits team is reminding benefit-eligible employees of upcoming offerings and deadlines.
Annual Benefits Fair
As part of open enrollment, the Boise State benefits team will host their annual benefits fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 9 in the Student Union Building’s Jordan Ballroom. This event provides information about the benefits and perks offered at Boise State, with over 20 vendors participating. All attendees are automatically registered for a door prize drawing. The university has approved an hour of release time for all employees to attend the benefits fair.
Remote employee options
Remote employees can use the hour of release time to visit the open enrollment website, contact vendors directly or contact a member of the benefits team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Form submissions, collection stations and due date
There are multiple ways to submit open enrollment forms.
- Email signed completed forms to email@example.com. Approved electronic signatures are allowed (changing font to cursive is not accepted).
- Drop off at the Human Resources office at Capitol Village (southeast corner of University Drive and Capitol Boulevard).
- Visit a collection station. The benefits team is available to answer questions and receive forms from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on May 11 and from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on May 12 in the Albertsons Library lobby.
All forms must be returned to Human Resources by 5 p.m. on May 12. No late enrollments or plan changes will be accepted. For additional questions or assistance, please contact the benefits team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
