Human Resources website walks through steps of Change in Employee Compensation process

Human Resource Services has published a website to detail the annual Change in Employee Compensation, or CEC, process for all employee groups. The site illustrates how an employee’s hourly pay rate can change based on merit awards and other adjustments. The processes to bring employee pay rates to a set percentage of market standard differ for faculty, classified and professional staff.

Classified and Professional staff will receive letters with their new compensation amount by early to mid June. Faculty will receive updated contracts by the end of June.
