
Boise State Career Services employees, Jamie Jensen and Kelsey Nelson, recently presented at the National Career Development Association Global Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. Their presentation, “Building Collaborative Partnerships for Effective Career Education: Navigating a Changing Landscape,” was selected from over 400 proposals for the conference.

The presentation aimed to inspire and equip career services professionals to build and maintain effective collaborations with faculty members. It focused on strategies for integrating career education into academic curricula. Jensen and Nelson highlighted the importance of mutual respect, open communication and a shared commitment to student success as key elements for fostering these relationships.
