Starting Aug. 18, many Bronco Hub Human Capital Management pages will feature a refreshed look and feel as part of a shift to a new user interface provided by Oracle, the system’s vendor. The change will apply to most Bronco Hub pages.
The update will also introduce “activity center” pages, which will serve as centralized hubs where users can view information and initiate actions.
Some elements will remain the same. Data and reports will not be affected, and required information for processes such as data changes will not change. Email notifications and alerts in the worklist, bell icon, and the “things to finish” section will still be available, although they may have minor visual updates.
Updated job aids and resources will be published when the new interface goes live.
The Human Resources and Office of Continuous Improvement teams noted that while they have prepared for this transition, not every system transition is entirely seamless. They encourage users to share feedback and provide suggestions.
Employees who have questions or encounter issues may submit a ServiceNow ticket. The HR team will respond in the order tickets are received.
