
The Office of Communications and Marketing recently held their annual Summer Brand Camp. The theme, Cultivating Connections, Driving Collaboration, came to life by celebrating marketing and communications wins from across the enterprise and looking ahead to new initiatives.
Highlights included a keynote presentation by Lauren Griswold, Boise State’s chief communications and marketing officer, and Sara Wallace of higher ed marketing agency Simpson Scarborough. The address, “Strong Brands Start Here,” explored how far the university’s brand has come and the blueprint for measurable growth.
Other presentations included updates on the School of Public Service marketing project, new in-house advertising services, and an email content overhaul for online programs.
The day ended with an interactive social media brainstorm and the announcement of the Best of FY25 award – presented to the Student Communications and Marketing team for their incredible Boise State Bucket List campaign.
