Save the date: One Campus Summit coming January 2026

Boise State University is proud to announce the One Campus Summit 2026, a free, in-person, three-day conference designed for employees to connect, collaborate and learn from colleagues across campus. The summit will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Jan. 27-29, 2026 in the Student Union Building. Add this event to your calendar to save the date.

As part of Boise State’s commitment to foster a thriving community, several departments have partnered to create an engaging and informative experience for employees.

  • Department of Public Safety
  • University Financial Services

About the One Campus Summit

This summit provides a conference-style experience featuring keynote speakers, breakout sessions and networking opportunities. Topics will range from AI basics to team engagement to travel and reimbursement training, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

The in-person, three-day event will include dynamic sessions, interactive workshops and thought-provoking discussions designed to spark new ideas and strengthen collaboration across campus. Remote employees are encouraged to work with their supervisor to explore arrangements for attending in person. For those unable to attend, select presentation materials will be available after the summit, and copies of the shared slide decks can be requested.

Who should attend?

The One Campus Summit welcomes staff and faculty from all areas to share ideas, strengthen partnerships and explore solutions that advance Boise State’s shared mission. Attendance is especially encouraged for employees who regularly interact with these departments or manage related processes.
