Beginning Dec. 1, annual performance evaluations for classified and professional employees will move fully online in Bronco Hub. The transition will streamline the process, centralize performance records and reduce administrative workload.
To support the change, Human Resources will offer two types of workshops to help employees and supervisors prepare:
Navigating the digital performance evaluation system (Bronco Hub exploration)*
For all employees and supervisors
This workshop will help employees confidently explore and navigate the new digital performance evaluation process in Bronco Hub. Workshops are available for employees and their supervisors.

Performance evaluation and feedback training
For supervisors
This training helps supervisors evaluate employees fairly and consistently. Participants will learn how to structure evaluation meetings, access helpful resources and apply best practices.
This session will not cover the new digital evaluation process in Bronco Hub.

Employees and supervisors are also welcome to stop and ask questions about the new performance evaluation process by attending one of the upcoming HR Coffee and Connect sessions, located in the SPACE on the second floor of Albertsons Library.
