Join the 10 days of gratitude challenge

During the month of November, Boise State employees are invited to take part in the “10 Days of Gratitude Challenge,” a simple and uplifting way to build connection, boost wellbeing and reflect on the good things in life.

The challenge offers 10 daily activities that can be completed alone or with colleagues. Each task encourages participants to pause, notice what they’re thankful for and share appreciation with others.

How to participate:

  1. Make a copy and complete the 10 Days of Gratitude checklist during November.
  2. When all 10 activities are completed, add first and last name and email address to the checklist.
  3. Fill out this form by Monday, Dec. 1. Only Boise State employees are eligible to win a prize.

Five grateful Broncos will win a gratitude journal to enjoy the good feelings of gratitude throughout the year, but all participants will experience the positive impact that gratitude can have on mood, relationships and overall wellbeing.

By taking part in the gratitude challenge, participants help build a more connected and caring campus community. Recognizing and sharing appreciation strengthens the bonds that make Boise State a special place to learn, work and grow together.

This activity is sponsored by Human Resources and the Boise State Health and Wellness committee. For questions, email hrs@boisestate.edu.
