They’re back again; Mark Cowan, distinguished professor of accountancy, and JoAnn Wood, lecturer in accountancy, have launched the fifth season of their podcast, “Journeys of Accountancy.”

Following the success of previous seasons, the pair return with more conversations that highlight how accounting connects to a wide range of industries and real-world experiences. Past episodes have explored topics such as running hotels, the work of nonprofit organizations, mental health and even managing condominiums in Miami.

These tales demonstrate that accounting plays a role in places people might not always expect. And that’s exactly what season 5 of “Journeys of Accountancy” will continue to explore, promising more insights into how the field of accountancy shapes everyday business and life.
