Move more, drive less and win rewards during May in Motion

May in Motion is Boise State’s campus-wide active transportation challenge, encouraging students, faculty and staff to rethink how they get to campus and get rewarded for it.

Whether participants walk, bike, bus, scooter, carpool, or tele-work, every trip counts.

May in Motion is not about being perfect; it is about trying something new. Whatever that looks like, it counts.

How to participate

All participation happens through Share the Ride Idaho.

  • Join the Boise State network
  • Log trips (bike, walk, bus, scooter, carpool and telework) during the month of May
  • Track the impact and earn rewards

Every trip logged increases the chances of earning incentives and helps support a more resilient campus.  Have questions? Contact Bike Help at bikehelp@boisestate.edu

Kickoff party – April 28

Don’t have a bike? No problem

The Cycle Learning Center is offering free month-long bike rentals to help those interested participate in May in Motion. This is a great opportunity to try biking to or moving around on campus.  Register for a rental bike via the Google Form, and pick it up at the bike shop.
