Their leadership underscores an enduring relationship between Boise State and NEU that spans three decades. During the 1990s, Boise State was the first American university to deliver academic programs in Vietnam. From 1994 to 1999, 84 Vietnamese faculty members and business people earned their master of business administration degrees from Boise State. The university also helped establish Vietnam’s first international standard business school at the National Economics University in Hanoi.
