Amy Drescher-Crumple, DNP, CNM joined the faculty at Boise State University in 2014. Her background includes experience in graduate and undergraduate education, years in clinical practice as a Nurse-Midwife, Administrator for a national transition to practice program for new nurses, and most currently as the Director of Advance Practice Providers in a multi specialty medical group. Her interests include healthcare policy, advocacy, social justice, barriers to practice for advance practice, and quality improvement.

Amy completed her DNP at Rush University in 2012 with a focus on organizational leadership and earned her MSN at Yale University School of Nursing.

In her spare time, Amy loves to spend time with her husband and sons and participates in any outdoor adventures including: kayaking, hiking, biking and gardening.
