Marketing and Recruitment Specialist
Siera Tuttle joined Boise State University’s School of Nursing as a Recruitment and Marketing Specialist in 2026, bringing a decade of experience in marketing, communications, and customer success to the role. She is currently pursuing her Professional MBA at Boise State, building on years of hands-on experience.
Most recently, she served as a Management Assistant in the Micron School of Materials Science and Engineering, where she managed social media growth, designed branded marketing materials, and coordinated a range of department events, including a hybrid seminar series, college connection events, and community engagement initiatives.
Tuttle’s approach to recruitment and marketing is also shaped by her own experience as a Boise State student, where hands-on programs and community engagement opportunities left a lasting impression on her. That experience now drives her commitment to helping prospective and current students find their place at Boise State. She brings that same energy to her work connecting future nursing students with the opportunities the program offers.
In her new role, Tuttle is focused on expanding the School of Nursing’s presence and building relationships that support recruitment, from digital campaigns to in person events. She enjoys the process of finding creative ways to tell a program’s story and help students see themselves in it.
Outside of work, Tuttle and her corgi, Louie, can often be found checking out Boise’s dog friendly spots around town, sharing a pup-cup and coffee along the way.
