Maria Garcia De La Cruz

Maria Garcia De La Cruz joined Boise State University’s School of Nursing in May of 2022. Maria is bilingual and comes from a first-generation and low-income background. Previously, she worked with TRIO Educational Talent Search at Idaho State University advising students and helping them get to and through higher education. Maria completed her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences from Idaho State University in May 2019.

Maria enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.

She is passionate about helping students and guiding them to achieve academic excellence. She is excited to be part of the Bronco community and advising students in the RN-BS Online Completion track.
