Conference Room Services

The Office of Information Technology provides hardware procurement, installation, and support for conference rooms, all for a simple monthly fee.

Let us outfit your conference room and provide worry-free support and maintenance.

Service and Support Options

Three levels of service and support configurations are available.

Breakout Room

Our “Breakout Room” service features a television monitor mounted on a wall, laptop connections, and a control panel ($70 per month).

Additional options include a conference phone ($35 per month) and a computer ($20 per month).

We provide installation, connectivity, and ongoing support.

*Note: One-time transfer of permanent appropriate budget can be made in lieu of a monthly fee.

Monthly Fee*: $70 for basic room hardware and support, plus $35 for optional conference phone, plus $20 for optional computer.

Conference Room

Our “Conference Room” service features a projector mounted in the ceiling, along with laptop connections, control panel, and sound system ($115 per month).

Additional options include a conference phone ($35 per month) and a computer ($20 per month).

We provide installation, connectivity, and ongoing support.

Monthly Fee*: $115 for basic room hardware and support, plus $35 for optional conference phone, plus $20 for optional computer.

Teleconference Room

Our “Teleconference Room” service features all of the hardware included in our Conference Room service (see above), and adds a camera and microphones for video conferencing.

We provide installation, connectivity, and ongoing support.

Monthly Fee*: $200 (plus $20 for required computer). An optional conference phone is $35 additional.

*Note: One-time transfer of permanent appropriate budget can be made in lieu of a monthly fee.

Customized Conference Room and Support Services

Contact us for additional options to customize conference room equipment for your department or area needs.

If you already have conference room equipment but want us to support your equipment, we will propose to purchase of your equipment and make sure it meets our room hardware standards.

The purchase amount is based on the original equipment purchase price, and age of the equipment.
