Send and Receive Packages

Shipments are picked up and delivered once per day on campus. Here’s how to ship a package at Boise State.

Choose Your Delivery Vendor

Central Postal Services can send your packages via FedEx, UPS or US Postal Service. The default vendor is FedEx because they offer the best rates. Here is some information about which vendor to choose:

  • FedEx offers better rates than UPS.
  • If you are billing the recipient for delivery, UPS is the best option.
  • Packages sent to post office boxes can only be delivered via US Postal Service.
  • FedEx charges $13 for every incomplete or incorrect address.

Prepare Your Shipment Information and Package(s)

Fill out and submit a Shipment Information Form. Be sure to print the form, or the email notification you’ll receive after you submit the form, and attach it to your package:
