How do I access my information and services?

Log in to myBoiseState. StudentEmployee, or Faculty menus are on the left side of the page.

How do I find services and resources?

Search for services and resources using the search field at the upper-left of every page in myBoiseState.

You can also create a personalized menu of resources that you can access from every page in myBoiseState.

How do I sign out of myBoiseState?

Choose your name from the menu at the upper-left in myBoiseState, and select Logout.

Be sure to close your web browser to protect your data.

What are the supported web browsers for use with myBoiseState?

All modern web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) should work with myBoiseState.

Internet Explorer is not a modern web browser, and may not work with myBoiseState.

Parents and Authorized Users

How do parents or authorized individuals access student account information?

Parents or authorized individuals who have been granted access to student accounts through the Registrar’s Office can sign in with the following steps:

  1. Browse to
  2. Select Future Students/Guests
  3. Select the Guests drop-down menu at the top-right
  4. Choose Parent Log In from the menu
