    Brian Bolt

    Deputy CIO

    Brian provides direction and guidance to OIT Leadership. Brian coordinates large-scale, campus-wide IT projects and defining and refining OIT’s operational best practices and guiding philosophies.

Our Team

Our team consists of experienced Project Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts who collaborate to identify and simplify solutions to complex technical problems.

    Robert Blount

    Scrum Master

    Rob is responsible for ensuring the Developers and Product Owners from BIRS and Web Development understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values. He facilitates Scrum ceremonies and assists the team in removing impediments so that work can be completed. He facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.

    Project Manager

    Michael leads the Software Accessibility Review Board (SARB) process, and projects for OIT and stakeholders across campus. He serves as an initial point of contact for those wishing to learn more about the PMO and submitting project or purchasing requests.

    Jason Fairman

    Project Manager

    Jason is a seasoned project manager, focusing on enterprise systems and applications. He provides oversight and organization for the PeopleSoft development team and ensures that PeopleSoft functionality is stable as new patches and releases reach the University.

    Tina Gonzales

    Business Analyst

    Tina brings 15 years of experience to the Business Analyst position. She enjoys explaining data about your data.

    Briana Hobbs

    Business Analyst

    Briana has worked in various areas of supporting graduate programs before joining the PMO. She has mastered the majority of Boise State systems that interact with academic departments, including Hobsons, PeopleSoft, TouchNet, and Perceptive.

    Briana supports Perceptive and PeopleSoft projects.

    Moriah O'Kelley

    Business Analyst

    Moriah has worked in higher education for over six years. She brings a strong background in data reporting and analysis, and serves on project teams in the areas of operations, business intelligence reporting, and integrations.

    Moriah also serves Boise State at-large as Vice President of the Professional Staff Association.

    Ask Moriah about: Reporting systems and development, slicing and dicing data, University policies and procedures, running, and Idaho’s great outdoors.

    Mandy earned her MBA at Boise State and recently return to our great city from Maryland. She brings over nine years of experience working at higher education institutions.

    Mandy manages the campus-wide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation, along with other operational projects.
