DocuSign is currently available on a trial basis for University departments and areas, and offers a variety of features to route document approvals for electronic signatures within an easy-to-use software environment.
Documents may be sent for approval to individuals both internal and external to Boise State. Approvers are not required to have a DocuSign account to sign documents.
DocuSign licensing is based on transaction counts. Departments will have the opportunity to purchase transactions as the use of DocuSign at Boise State grows over time.
